Beware, damages skin
Beware. IT BURNT my skin. I literally have now dark traces on my face with skin clearly damaged. I prey it will heal but it seems like it's permanent 😭 😭 😭 I don't get the 60 day satisfaction guarantee with making selfies and waiting, it should be straightforward and definitely they made it as obscure as possible and just use a catchy, manipulative marketing. They refused a simple return as I already used the product (twice). This product is noxious and dangerous. My face is ruined. I want my money back.

The products are not what expected
The products are not what expected. I’ve tried them and they are not hydrating and causing breakouts. I’m 49 years old and have no issues with breakouts. There’s nothing I like about these products. I wanted to return them the day after receiving them once I saw the texture. I was not able to do this. I’m waiting the 60 day guarantee period to hopefully recoup my money.

Can only give my opinion on customer…
Can only give my opinion on customer service as I am yet to try out the cream. Mine came smashed at the bottom, and as soon as I told Frøya customer service they shipped a fresh cream out to me. Hopefully I receive this one undamaged 🤞🏼 But what I can say is that they were fast at responding and quick to the point once they received proof with a photo. Another one got shipped straight away.

Great product and great customer service!
First of all, I love the product. Also, I somehow had a subscription where I was getting way too many orders too frequently and I couldn’t figure out how to cancel it, but customer service was so responsive and kind.
