So impressed by both the kindness and efficiency of their support. From the automatic email to the human follow up. They refunded me despite it going against their standard refund policy and did not make a big fuss about it.

*I have just managed to speak via email to a member from the company hopefully they are sending out another balm replacement and so I will amend my review but will see if it arrives intact first. Delivery took a long time to come and it's just arrived and I'm missing the night balm because the package has been damaged/opened but royal mail won't accept any of the responsibility because it's come from over seas!!! Its really hard or impossible to speak to anyone from froya organics too so I can't tell them it's lost although I have sent a couple of messages on there Facebook page and no response. I would avoid this company without hesitation and wish I had seen the other negative reviews before I I spent my money. Not sure if the creams work as I'm missing one 😡 (night balm).

Firstly...It gave me a discounted first time purchase. I bought the night balm, but it only mentioned (I found out later) in the very small print of terms and conditions that you are subscribed to buy another one in a month for the full price it was and it would be automatically taken out of your account. They did refund me after some emails exchanged which I was grateful for. The actual texture of the product isn't so smooth, it feels a bit like exfoliante as there's some mini gritty bits that are like dense oil particles when applied. I haven't seen any improvement on my face regarding line reducing or anything noticeable, so I can't rate it more than a two. Hope this helps!
