The products are phenomenal but the service is unparalleled. I really appreciate the extra effort to work with my request. Anjelica (hopefully spelled correctly) was kind and thorough. Made my day

Love these products! It seems to be a small amount however the tubs of face products go a long way & last an extremely long time. I’ve seen a pleasing improvement in my skin & hair since I started using Froya. 🥰 Anjelika In customer service gets five stars for assisting me with a shipping issue that I needed corrected (which was my fault) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I reached out, fingers crossed, on a Sunday, thinking I would most likely not be able to get any assistance. Instead, I was so very surprised and so grateful that Froya’s people are even better than their product! I can’t say enough about the timely, courteous, support I received. Thank you so much- I will forever be a loyal customer

My skin is so much more hydrated than with other products - and I used Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder and La Roche posey products previously. My crows feet are virtually gone in the morning, but I’m going to have to stop smiling throughout the day because they’re always back by the evening. Completely changed my skincare and will continue using from here on out (and it’s only been a week!). Delivery took about a week :)

Okay this review made me laugh out loud, having to stop smiling so your crows feet stay gone is the funniest problem to have!! 😄 Honestly though, going from Elizabeth Arden, Estée Lauder and La Roche-Posay to us and getting BETTER hydration is huge. Welcome to the family! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I ordered the Ultra Fast Relief Balm for dry itchy skin because the ad mentioned that it’s good for eczema which I do have. It is very nice for the dry flaky patches of skin on my neck from my scalp eczema. There is no harsh smell at all like some products have and it gets rid of the scales. I’m very happy I found this product.

Donna, this is so great to hear! The Ultra Fast Relief Balm working on the dry flaky patches and the scalp eczema is exactly what we hoped for. And no harsh smell?? That's such a relief when you're putting something on irritated skin. So happy you found us ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
