Absolutely loving my products so far
Absolutely loving my products so far - a few days in. I had questions specific to my other products and routine and customer service (ai or not!) was incredibly detailed, quick, kind, understanding, and helpful!

Amazing products and customer service!
The Frøya team was so responsive and was able to get my issue resolved immediately. I absolutely adore the products, and my dermatologist actually complimented my skin and said whatever I was doing was amazing! So thank you for not only having the best skin care, but the best customer service! Keep up the amazing work!

Extremely fast response, time and resolution!
I sent an email about possibly canceling my subscription. And getting a refund. Within a couple hours AR communicate communicated with me and let me know that she was looking into it, and it was finally taken care of. I’ve already received the credit and I appreciate the speed which this happened.

I was really nervous to try the balms…
I was really nervous to try the balms because I have oily skin, but now that I am almost a week into using them, my skin looks great. I love the undereye balm and have noticed a difference in my dark circles and bags.
