I bought wrinkles balm. But unfortunately it is not my skin. If you have oil skin, and live in warm countries it most of all will not for you. I want to advise you to communicate with consultant firstly. Please be careful when you buy products with discounts, read carefully all conditions. Because you will receive second order from Froya and will not know about it and your card will be charged. But I want to say the Customer care service is excellent. They reply always quickly and try to resolve your problem as well. It is really valuable. I would like to advise Froya to try to coworker with some platforms like Make up, Notino or something like that. There you will receive more clients and will not need to spend money for sites, advertising, discounts. If you have quality products it will be better for you I think. Thank you once again for resolving my case personally.

Well ….what can I say. Whilst I don’t have my products yet to sing the company’s praises of their product performance, as they currently stuck somewhere in Germany….the customer service agent Varinea dealing with my dilemma, could at have been more helpful. Admittedly, I found out a lot of information to assist her with the problem, but she was very prompt answering my emails and investigating the problem from her end. What happened was PayPal had set it to my old address even though I had changed all addresses on my accounts. I don’t know how it happened, as there was no old address lurking anywhere. I tried desperately to change it with the carrier whilst in transit!…this is another saga in itself, but Frøya could not cancel the order as it had already shipped. Varinea kindly cancelled my subscription so no further orders got generated until the first one finally arrives. I also made contact with the buyers of my last house to say the parcel may arrive just to cover all bases and hoping that my redirection with Royal Mail is still in place by the time the carriers have sorted themselves out. They are having trouble with carriers abroad as I understand. I did say to her that I think they should use the U.K. warehouse for U.K. orders…it only seems logical! Maybe after all this mess they just might. I’m looking forward to using to product, but for now I can’t fault their customer support.
