The representative, AR, got back to me in a timely fashion and resolved the issue. That is the reason for five stars and the fact that I love the product. On the other hand, the Froya company is not one that I care to deal with because the same mistake happened twice. While I love the products, I am hesitant to reorder. Thank goodness for your representatives.

Thank you so much for the honest feedback, and for the kind words about AR! I'm really sorry the same issue happened twice, that's not the experience we want anyone to have. I'd love to look into what went wrong so it doesn't happen again. Please reach out anytime and we'll make it right. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Froya Organics is a great company with amazing products! Not only do they provide high-quality and effective skin care, they also have great customer service! The support team is very accessible and does a great job listening to any questions or concerns regarding their products. They were very easy to access, very responsive, and so helpful and informative. And Froya truly does stand by their 60-day money-back guarantee. This is the sign of a truly great company!
