I have used the Ultra Cleanse & Revive Face Scrub 3 times a week and then Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Eye Balm and Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm in the evening. In the morning I use the eye again with Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm. My skin is insane soft and I can se change in my skin also. The Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm is orange and when using to much you see the orange, however I just massage it more and the orange is finding its way into my skin, see no problem in it, can also use les as they recommend. Customer service amazing, and very helpful. Been using for 3-4 weeks. This product is going to be a permanent part of my skin for the rest of my life ❤️🌸

Fixed my issue in fast!!

Two stars is generous. The balm broke my skin out horribly and the shampoo dried out my hair. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact Froya…they don’t respond or even confirm receipt of messages. Buyer beware of this company!! UPDATE 5/27: I sent two emails to their address listed on their website in the last week, which is their posted email on their website. After not receiving a response over the next few days, I decided I would reply to one of their.received emails that had confirmed my order. Still no response. I finally responded to a “tell us how we are doing” on their website and received a prompt, nice reply from “Erika, customer support manager”. She has refunded my purchase same day as her response. It’s not the customer’s fault when we send correspondence to their listed address and they “don’t receive it”…that’s a breakdown on their side, but I do appreciate Erikah’s professional and prompt response. UPDATE: 7/7/2026 Classic ‘blame the customer’, which is additional confirmation to NOT buy from this company. As a consumer, if I need to contact you, the company, I am going to use the email provided on your own website. I did this numerous times, but in their reply, you see they never received it or that it was something wrong on the senders end. If there’s something wrong with your email, either update your website or fix your internal problem. Don’t blame the customer… perfect example of horrible customer service.
