It took a while for me to understand just how much product was needed to satisfy my skin's needs. In the beginning, I used too much for a greasy orange, then I read not to be orange or yellow, so I put less now, and it is better. No greasy film. Product lasts along time...longer than any cream.(30days) It took a little patience, but now I really like FROYA!

I have never written a review on Trustpilot before. I signed in just to say: stay away from this company if you do not want to waste your time chasing your order. I wish I could attach screenshots of all the emails I have sent regarding this issue. I placed an order on May 7th to try one cream. Thankfully, I did not order the full set. Since May 8th, the tracking has shown that the parcel is “in transit.” I contacted DPD in the Netherlands, where Froya’s fulfilment house is located, as well as DPD in Hungary. Both gave me the same information: the parcel has not been handed over to them, and I should contact the sender. I contacted Froya for the first time on May 18th. They replied that they would contact fulfilment. On May 19th, I asked if there were any updates. They answered that they had contacted fulfilment and would get back to me within 3–5 working days. On May 22nd, I asked again for an update. Since then, I have received nothing. They will probably say there was a weekend in between, but anyway, I checked their website terms and conditions to see how I could handle this legally. It says there that for delivery issues and missing parcels, they are not liable. In the system, it looks like they handed over the parcel, but apparently they did not. I was already sceptical about whether this company was a scam because the ads looked too good to be true. However, as a former quality manager at a premium cosmetics company, the ingredients seemed quite tempting. Well, I received no product, and I have wasted so much time. It is disgusting when you have to spend this much time chasing something you paid for. Stay away, people. Edit: After my review here, the manager of CS contacted me. I received my refund. She also sent me to try the product. So this edit is about that: The Magic Night Wrinkle product has a texture of Vaseline. I do not have a lot of wrinkles or lines. So I cannot say anything about that. But my skin definitely looks better. My face can get dry easily, when I use moisturizer I get break out. This is first cream that gives moistire without breakout or rosacea. I will purchase it again. The gift came along, instant hand softener has a bad smell (turmeric, normally I am okay, but on hand cream.. I don't know). It is not a product I would recommend or buy. You may buy Vaseline for your hands that will smell better and give same effect. Before whole set, try out one by one. Since the idea of this review was sharing experience of the purchase, I change only 1 to 2 stars. But for product, I would say go for it for Magic Night Wrinkle.

Usually I receive my package, open it up and find it is pretty much like every other skin care product I've ever tried. As soon as I used it I noticed the difference. I am so grateful that I not only found your product but also that it works so well! I'll recommend it to everyone who wants to listen!!
