Firstly, the instructions on the jars are in very small white type on glass and very difficult to read, so I had to use a magnifying glass. The products themselves: Ultra cleanse & revive face scrub This is like dust- is easily blown away in your hand and gritty on your skin. Not a nice experience, I felt as if I was putting floor sweepings on my face. TheMagic Wrinkle Eraser night balm. Not a balm more of a solid wax. I think it may have been stored incorrectly. It has white solid specks in it, which don't melt on the skin. I expected it to have more the consistency of Eve Lom, but it is much more solid. I have to scrape it out using my nail as using my finger sweeping over the surface doesn't collect any of the product Hyper potent dark circles etc Same problem as the night wrinkle balm. Difficult to get out of the pot and with solid white specks in. Anti age and insane glow day balm. This does have more of a balm texture and is therefore much easier to apply. The radiance however is more of an orange glow- heading towards Trump! It does (unlike the other products) feel nice on my skin though) I am sad to write this review as I had high hopes for this product and the company. I really liked the ideas behind the products, but the reality is that this has been an expensive experiment I will not be repeating. The shipping took over two weeks and I am disappointed that to get to this site where you can give a review you have to indicate you are going to give five stars- anything less and you are redirected to the Froya website to buy yet more product- poor show. Since posting this review I have tried to melt the lumps as directed by V from Froya, but still present will try microwave next. To their credit Froya have agreed to a refund under their guarantee. Will report more

In the case of the Day Balm, only a very thin layer is recommended during application, as applying too much product at once can create a stronger glow effect than intended.
