The product came quickly
The product came quickly. I have been using the complete system for mature women for about 2 weeks, and my skin is noticeably softer, my color has evened out, fine lines have been reduced and the puffiness under my eyes has decreased significantly. This product is amazing!! Thank you.

REAL PEOPLE, REAL SERVICE, REALLY GREAT PRODUCTS
I have been using Froya since January, love the products, newsletters, free recipes, information, everything! Had an issue with an order (my fault, not theirs) and their response and assistance were quick and helpful! Fully resolved and went above and beyond. LOVE LINE (Leen-a).

Customer Service
I had to cancel my reoccurring subscription after making the mistake of signing up for it and they canceled it immediately. I love the products but I didn’t want the auto charge. Customer service was fantastic and easy.

Excellent customer service
Even though their product didn't work for my skin, their customer service department quickly resolved my issue. Highly reccomended.

When I went to cancel my subscription
When I went to cancel my subscription, there was a full explanation. The products are amazing I just needed to revise the subscription and they were great.

I tried The Complete System for Mature…
I tried The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin and while it didn’t work for my skin, I must say the customer service was elite. I had only used the products a few days but my skin had a horrible reaction to it. After reaching out to support, sharing pictures of my face and the amount of product that had been used, they were gracious enough to resolve the situation really quickly. As a woman in my 40s and learning how to take care of my body in this new season of life, I’m at least thankful to have products like Froya who care about the quality of their products!

Amazing customer service
I am so thrilled with the customer service I received recently from Froya. They replied immediately to my query and resolved without an issue. They went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. I have only used their mature skin pack for around 3 weeks and already have noticed improvement to my skin. I look forward to using long term and would gladly recommend to others.
