Product are too greasy. Made me break out. Tried to get a refund - they said I had to wait the 60 days. Wouldn't give explanation, I am not going to like results if I can't wear it.

I ordered a variety of products to try them out. I do not know how or when I missed the fact that I was not ordering a product, but rather a subscription plan, in the ordering process. In the first place, it does not make sense to have a subscription for cosmetics I have never used before. Cancelling the subscription was quite a hassle. I am curious whether I will receive any of the products or if I have simply lost 60 euros.

El producto es bastante bueno, me encanta el echo de que con muy pequeña cantidad que me pongo ya es suficiente para todo el día, cancelo momentáneamente mi suscripción porque no he terminado mis primeros potes y tenía una suscripción de 4 semanas, se que se puede aplazar pero a veces no tengo tiempo de chequear los emails y no quiero pagar extra si no lo necesito, de hecho he seguido usándolo durante dos meses y siento que mi piel está mejor que antes se mantiene hidratada durante todo el día aunque todavía siento que es muy temprano para evalurlo críticamente con veracidad, recomendaciones: si le pudiera agregar un aromatizante natural sería perfecto porque el olor no es que sea muy malo pero no es del todo agradable y se siente un poco aún cuando te echas perfume y el Glow Day Balm técnicamente es para usarlo durante el día, dicho esto, si lo recomiendo, el producto es bastante bueno. This product made my hair dull and lifeless. Dry and oily at the same time. Customer service is non existent. I tried to contact them and only got a robo message I did the exact steps they are asking for and nothing has been resolved.
