Varinea made my day!…
Varinea made my CS inquiry a smooth and pleasant process. I LOVE these products but wanted to try some new items with my subscription. I was treated with kindness and respect and even the extra mile thrown in on their part to check and see that I could indeed make the changes before shipping date. (I was late to inquire, yet it was still possible with extra effort from Varinea) Highly recommend this company for its products and it's stellar customer support! Thank yoy again Varinea, you rock! Korina, this made me so happy to read!! Varinea really did go above and beyond here, especially checking before the shipping date to make sure the changes could still be made. She is amazing and this is exactly the kind of care we want every customer to feel. Passing your kind words straight to her! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I wanted to write a review on Froya…
I wanted to write a review on Froya Organics. I really do like the skin care. I believe it is high-quality and the ingredients used are organic and natural. I did sign up for automatic shipments, and I was not ready for more product when I received an email that my next shipment would be on its way soon.. I urgently sent an email to state that I would like the product to not be shipped and be provided a refund. The support team was awesome and able to stop the shipment and get me a refund in an expeditious manner. The only thing I would advise that needs improvement, is that anybody that in on the automatic renewal subscription, should send emails to their customers a few days prior to see if they want to change their mind and extend the ship date if they are not yet ready for more product. However, my overall experience with this company is great! They have amazing skincare and their customer service support team is very attentive and very responsive!

Dolores, thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this!! So glad our support team could stop the shipment and get you a refund quickly. That's exactly how it should work. And your feedback about sending a heads-up email before automatic renewals is genuinely great input. We totally hear you on that, and it's something we take seriously. Really appreciate you sharing it. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I'm not one to leave reviews
I'm not one to leave reviews, however for this I must. I had only used it for 2 days and my neighbor asked what I had done to my face because it looks so much smoother. 2 days!! I love this stuff! If I had a suggestion it would be that it wouldn't be so thick and tacky, but if it's not broken, don't fix it.
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 2, 2026
Candace, when your neighbor stops you to ask what you did to your face after just 2 days, that is the best kind of review!! That honestly made me so happy to read. And we hear you on the texture, it's thick because it's packed with actives and has no water to dilute it. Some people love it, some want to thin it a bit. Either way, results are results! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Jury is still out
Jury is still out. Would like a daily cleanser. Also, no real change in my skin yet. Not sure it is better then what I was using.
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 2, 2026
Hey Reb! Thanks for being honest. Results can take a bit of time to really show, and skin is so individual, so we totally get the "jury is still out" feeling. Also noted on the daily cleanser. That's helpful feedback for us! If you have any questions or want tips on getting the most out of what you have, please reach out anytime. We're happy to help. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Beautiful packaging Excellent customer service
Beautiful packaging! High quality product with very responsive customer service! Unfortunately, my skin did not respond to the product well. However, Froya's team was incredibly understanding and quick to assist me. I was impressed by their generous and efficient response to my concerns.
