The rep was very responsive to my issue…
The rep was very responsive to my issue and did everything possible to make sure I got my product including sending out another one after usps failed

Highly recommend!
I actually look forward to my morning and evening routine. My face and neck feel so refreshed. My skin is nourished and a small age spot on my face has faded quite a bit. I’m thrilled! I’ve been using Froya for just 3 weeks. This morning my husband said out of the blue “ you look younger”! Made my day! I will continue to use your products. Thank you.🌷

Great customer service
Great customer service. My order unfortunately was delivered, but I couldn’t find it at my condo complex. I believe someone took it by mistake, or it was stolen. The customer service was amazing working with me to send me a replacement order. Thank you and I can’t wait to try your products! Nora

Froya is definitely a great company.
Froya is definitely a great company with helpful employees and great products. They were quick to help when I had questions and answered my email even on a weekend, which is rare for most companies. I was very impressed. The day serum is wonderful for my dry skin.

Really fed up with this company
Really fed up with this company. Sadly products don’t suit my skin, a subscription order was delivered that I didn’t want. After multiple emails a return label was sent to me. Item returned over 6 weeks ago and still no refund despite further emails.
