Warning: I have been put on a subscription that I didn’t know I’d signed up for. Discovered July 1. Order made sometime in May. It was not made clear while placing the order. My order was a trial one. Why would I immediately subscribe to a new product??? This experience means I do not trust this company. I will not be reordering anything. And hoping returns and reimbursements have better clarity.

They can only be selected by the customer during checkout through the "Subscribe & Save" option. As soon as you contacted us, we immediately cancelled your subscription, contacted our warehouse to stop the order before it shipped, and successfully arranged both the order cancellation and your refund. We understand subscription purchases can sometimes cause confusion, and we always encourage customers to review the checkout options before completing their order.
