I had an outstanding experience with the customer service team! My package went missing initially, but I was incredibly impressed by how quickly and professionally the team responded. Anjelika and the rest of the crew jumped right in, kept me updated every step of the way, and resolved the issue with such efficiency and care. Their dedication to making things right truly stood out and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. I can’t wait to finally receive my products — I’m confident they’ll be lovely after looking at the reviews , just like the service I’ve experienced so far.
