This skincare line is extraordinary! I am perimenopausal and haven't found anything that hydrates my thirsty skin — until now! I feel nourished and replenished, and I love that my skin still feels clean and fresh. I needed to update the frequency of my subscription, and the agent solved my problem immediately. Froya is an incredible product line with incredible customer service!

Meghan, thank you so much for this!! So glad you finally found something that actually hydrates that thirsty skin, especially through perimenopause when everything feels different. And glad the agent could update your subscription frequency right away too. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Amazing support team!! Unfortunately the product wasn’t right for me but everyone who I interacted with was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the type of customer experience needed from every company that interacts with the public! Thanks for all your help JK. My best Nikki

One of the two products I ordered arrived in a shattered bottle - totally not Froya’s fault. The customer service was simple and accommodating - quickly providing a replacement and making sure I knew it shipped.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 21, 2026
Hi Suzanne, so sorry that bottle arrived shattered, but glad the team could get a replacement out fast and kept you posted on shipping. Thanks so much for being understanding about it. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I reached out to Froya asking if I could increase the time between deliveries on my subscription (I was at the maximum available on the company's website). Varinea responded to my inquiry within 12 hours, and changed my delivery from 8 to 16 weeks. Great customer service and amazing products! VS
