UPDATE: After leaving my original review, I was contacted by Frøya’s Customer Service Manager, Harold. He took my concerns seriously, listened to my feedback and made a did what he could do to resolve the situation. I received a very fair refund, and it definitely left me with a much more positive impression of the company. Original review: I was very disappointed with the subscription process. I couldn't easily see or manage my active subscription, received no reminder before the automatic order, and when I contacted them immediately after receiving the order confirmation, I was told it was already too late to cancel. I found the process unnecessarily unclear and frustrating. I was also disappointed with most of the products, as my previous skincare routine seemed to work better for my skin, although I did enjoy the scrub. While my initial experience was negative, I really appreciate how seriously Frøya took my feedback afterwards and the effort they made to make things right. Original review: I had a very disappointing experience with Froya Organics. I wanted to cancel my subscription for automatic orders, but I couldn't find any option to do so in my account. The only way to cancel is by requesting a special link from customer support, and there was nowhere on the website where I could even clearly see whether my subscription was active. I received many marketing emails from Froya, yet none mentioned my active subscription or reminded me that an automatic order was about to be placed. I was therefore very surprised to receive an order confirmation email—on a Sunday. I replied immediately asking them to cancel the order. I was then told I needed to contact a different email address, and that because it was the weekend, it might take longer to receive a response. When I finally heard back, I was simply told that the order had already been processed and it was too late to stop it. As a result, CHF 170 was taken from my account for an order I had no intention of placing. While the subscription may technically have been valid, the lack of transparency, the absence of any reminder before charging my card, and the unnecessarily complicated cancellation process felt very misleading. For a company that presents itself as being built on ethics and values, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the products themselves. Before switching to Froya, my previous skincare routine gave me noticeably better results. Since using Froya, the wrinkles on my face have become more noticeable than they have in a long time, so I don't feel the products lived up to their promises. Overall, I won't be purchasing from Froya again and cannot recommend them based on my experience. A little goes a long way. It's a little bottle that will last months and month. I've been using this 2 weeks now. The creams feel so good, you can feel your skin drinking it in. It's not greasy, just nourishing. AND you look glowy, plumped, smooth. The ads don't lie - genuinely. I LOVE Korean products, but I'm switching to this. I'd like to rate this 10 stars ⭐︎

Strictly pertaining to their heavy reliance on the use of AI as customer support. It just runs you in circles and won’t forward to a live person. There is no phone number on the site. It continuously asks for the exact same information over and over even though you keep typing it over and over. No wonder Ford hired back the 350 live ENGINEERS they fired and replaced by AI as AI FAILED MISERABLY.

So impressed with the quality of these products. My skin texture has responded so positively in the short time I have been using them. I’m definitely a convert.
