I’ve been using both the Anti-Age & Insane Glow Day Balm and the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm, and my skin has never looked healthier. It feels deeply nourished, incredibly soft, and has a natural glow that I haven’t had in years. The fine lines on my face look much softer, my skin feels firmer and more hydrated, and I’ve had several people comment on how fresh and radiant my complexion looks. The night balm is especially amazing—I wake up with skin that looks rested and plump every morning. The biggest compliment I can give these products is that I’ve completely lost interest in getting Botox. I genuinely don’t feel like I need it anymore because I’m so happy with how my skin looks naturally. That is something I never thought I’d say! Product did not improve my skin as advertised. Then I was charged again. I did not complete the subscription deal. I have tried to cancel and followed up with a cancellation email. Too many confusing fairytale emails. It’s taking advantage of the huge volume of ridiculous emails that people possibly miss the new order email. I’m sure I did not receive a confirmation email. They just charged my card!!! Be very wary of this company. SUBSEQUENT UPDATE: I have since heard from Froya and they have refunded the scrub (as it's too harsh for my skin). They apologised for the huge volume of fairytale emails. Unfortunately the email advising of my second order was a fairytale email, and the shipment details were at the very bottom, so I simply deleted the fairytale email, thinking that they were advising that they had sent my first shipment. I was wrong. I also fell into the trap of the "subscription" when I made my first order, and the huge volume of fairytale emails is confusing. I think that they should make it very clear that these emails are advertising or promotional emails, and the shipment emails should be just that - a professional email advising of the shipment. I received one week notice in the fairly tale email regarding the second shipment, however, the third shipment (which I mistook for the second shipment) I received a month's notice. At least Froya responded in a timely manner to apologise for the confusion. I won't fall into this trap again, but cudos to Froya for responding and refunding the scrub which I can't use.
