The level of customer support is absolutely the best, quick responses, fast resolution and kind agents. I made today my first order so I don´t know yet how their products will be on my skin, but if the products are as good ad their customer support I think they just got a new loyal customer!

After I received a subscription reminder on the same day that Froya charged my credit card, I immediately contacted Froya to remind them that they did not send me a notification ahead of time about that transaction so I needed that subscription charged to be canceled. So Froya responded immediately by acknowledging my refund. I appreciate that quick response. We mostly live busy lives so I strongly recommend that Froya notifies the customer at least a few days before take money out their cc account.

Glad we could get that refund sorted quickly for you, and your point about giving a heads up before renewal charges is fair, I'll make sure it gets passed along. Thanks for bearing with us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
