I had a question to my order and recieved a very fast and very friendly response from Varinea

Ana is very kind and helpful.

Their website, the "Magic Link" they email you instead of letting you log in, everything about their marketing seems designed to trap a person into a subscription for life. How many clicks should one have to make to cancel? They don't even have a "Cancel Subscription" button I can click on their website, not even when I've written a personal email asking them how to cancel, and they've sent me an email with a Cancel Subscription option. When I clicked on it, it just took me to a page with lots of reading material, a voice trying to convince me to stay, and nowhere I could actually hit cancel. I had to search for a button that says "I want to end my transformation" and not have beautiful skin, or something like that. The marketing is disrespectful and does not keep the customer free to quickly and easily make this simple decision without committing to a half hour trying to figure out how to get out. I've been using the undereye product for six months with zero results. Seems like a lot of hype for me -- takes you ages to even scroll down to the help button bc there's so much to read and no easy way for existing customers to access their account information. Can't seem to remove my credit card deets from their site either. I find it rude the way they hide the option to cancel. I suspect they'd make a lot less money if they didn't make it so hard to cancel.

Anjelika- was helpful in getting me new product after the initial product was damaged during delivery. Swift response with prompt solution. Thank you!

Customer service has been phenomenal!! They are quick to reply and helped me with my lost order. I love Froya Organics and even more so now with how lovely they were when I reached out. On the products themselves I dont think I will use anything else but this. My skin doesn't flake anymore and my breakouts have reduced significantly. I even purchased for my husband for his psoriasis and it has improved so much. ❤️

Very pleased with your products. Thank you so much. I will recommend your line to all my friends. God bless you.

Wonderful customer experinece
