The service was exceptional! After my product was damaged in shipping, they didn’t even question me and instead sent the product after an email! I’m so used to mini brands, not doing their part to make it right. Froya not only sent me a new product to replace the broken one, but the customer service agent was phenomenal!

When getting human support, the response was very quick and my problem was solved better than expected. Great customer service! However before getting human support, talking with the AI was extremely frustrating and I was having to repeat myself over 4 times before finally getting human support. Overall I love this company and it's product, but think they need to train or get rid of the AI agent.

I have been so surprised by the results of using these skin and hair products after only 4 weeks. I notice visible changes in my skin texture, sun damage and wrinkles. The eye cream has made visible difference in my crepey eye lid skin and crows feet. I LOVE beauty products and have tried most things on the market, and this is the first time in years my skincare routine is only two products. I have been skipping foundation recently as my skin is glowing and more even.
