Customer Service was great! I had not realized that I had signed up for a subscription so I emailed Froya. I got an immediate reply and my subscription was cancelled and they refunded me immediately. I do love the products but I still have plenty so I didn't need more. I will buy more in the future. Very happy!

Froya organics are shocking to deal with and I have had poor responses in regard to a refund for subscription I did not want, be very careful how you apply for their product will take the matter up with my bank. And your emails of fantasy and fairytales are shocking

Almost two weeks in and I’ve very much enjoyed the product. I like the ritual and simplicity of the morning and evening routine. So far my skin seems happier and less irritated. I haven’t noticed any change in my breakouts but I’m hoping by day 60 my skin will be noticeably more clear!
