The products are really nice to use - always arrived on time but the person I just emailed responded rapidly and sorted out my enquiry - I did not get a name but the email was signed off VN - very professional service.

Love their products
Love their products! I am on their recurring monthly refill order. I had a slight hiccup with one of my orders was just a part of it. I sent a picture of what was wrong and they are sending out a new one within a day! Great service, but even greater product

Great customer service!
Very prompt response to my email and Ale resolved my concern right away. Very responsive and pleasant! I even received a link that I have saved if I have any future need to adjust my subscription. Solved my concern and gave me resources for anything future!
