This company has been amazing and I don’t know why some people gave negative reviews. Just started the product and like it so far but beyond that the customer service has been stellar!! You can tell they take pride in their product and company. I initially wrote a 1 star review as I felt I had been covertly signed up to a monthly subscription that was not clear, and the product was not what I was expecting, I also did not know that I was in a subscription until I had a notification from the bank that froya had taken out more money, no email from them. I would not have signed up to a subscription without trying a product first. Since then the customer service has been excellent. They made it easy to cancel the subscription and honoured their pledge that if you are not happy with the product they will refund you very promptly, Which I wasn’t expecting so very pleased overall. I do hope that they take the feedback I have given about making it more clear when placing an order. It has restored more faith in their company, as I would have tried their products without a discount.
