I adore Froya Products. I was on a subscription plan for shampoo and rosemary water, but even with intentionally delayed deliveries, I ended up with more shampoo than I could use in about a year. I contacted Froya Customer Service and said I wanted to go off the subscription until I caught up, and they took care of it for me and were great. I highly recommend them.

Hi Gail, thank you so much for this!! Glad we could pause things and give you room to catch up on your shampoo stash, we always want the subscription to work for you and not the other way around. So happy you're loving the products enough to stick with us this long! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had trouble cancelling a subscription I didn't realize I had, and an order got confirmed just before the cancellation went through. I reached out to customer service by email and got quick, clear, and friendly help throughout the process — they cancelled the subscription right away and eventually resolved the refund for the last order too. I appreciate that they took my questions seriously and followed up properly.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 26, 2026
Hi Lina, thank you for this and for the detailed feedback! Sorry that order slipped through right before the cancellation went in, but I'm really glad our team could cancel the subscription and sort out the refund for that last order too. Being taken seriously and followed up with properly is exactly what we want you to experience. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

So far, so good. I've only been using this for just under a week. At first the smell takes some getting used to - it's the botanicals as opposed to perfume. I think you also need time to adjust to the oily nature of the product - but it does sink in. Delivery was about a week and maybe a bit to the Canaries. They give you alot of info about the product and how to use it which is good.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 26, 2026
Hi Lara, thank you for such an honest first impression! You're spot on that the scent is all botanicals rather than added perfume, and it does take a little time to adjust to along with the oil sinking in properly. Glad the info that comes with it has been helpful so far, and sorry delivery took a bit longer getting out to the Canaries. Would love to hear how it's going once you've had more time with it! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I was at first very frustrated when I realized that I had accidentally signed up for a subscription and needed help to cancel an order that had already been placed. Anjelika followed up right away, kindly and with understanding, and helped to take care of my request. I can see that customer service is a priority for the company, and I appreciate that.
