Once I placed my first order, I received an email with an offer for 10% off my first order. I emailed customer service and asked if they would honor the 10% off after my purchase was already made. I was instructed where to send the information and that it would be reviewed for a decision. I did that and very shortly thereafter I had already received a refund equaling a 10% off discount. Seit wann gibt es für Gesichtscremes ein Abo? Sehr unseriös und sagt mir eigentlich nur: diese Cremes sind so mies, dass sie niemand freiwillig ein zweites Mal kaufen würde, daher drehen wir den Kunden einfach ganz hinterhältig und nebenbei ein Abo an. Die Cremes sind SCHRECKLICH! Als hätte man pures Fett im Gesicht und noch dazu sieht man dann aus wie Donald Trump, GELB-ORANGE 😂 Was für ein Reinfall & Geldverschwendung! Finger weg ist mein Ratschlag! Die guten Bewertungen sind ganz offensichtlich Fake Bewertungen.

I wish I could give no stars. I foolishly was pulled in by the Norwegian name and the word Arctic, but when I came to order, (I am English living in Spain) I kept getting the price in dollars so I was confused as to how much I was paying. I see that the vast majority of recommendations here are from the US. I am one of many Europeans and right thinking people from other nations around the world who are boycotting the US for obvious reasons.Not happy.
