BLOWN AWAY
I genuinely am blown away! I’ve just turned 40 and while I’ve always have great skin it was a bit on the dry and dull side as of late. I’ve been using Froya for a little while now (the anti age pack) and when I say I’m glowing, I’m GLOWING! I’m a forever customer now for sure and refuse to it anythig else on my skin

Supportive Customer Service
Although the delivery company said my products had been delivered, I never received them. Froya was so great in helping me get this resolved and my products to my hands!

The people are very caring
The people are very caring, much more so than you would expect from a company, esp. online! I had a very personal response and it was clear that they truly care about their clients. It's a nice feeling to see that everything doesn't always run on money. Sometimes you meet people that you feel really want to make you satisfied.

Flexible and caring customer support
I appreciated the flexibility with their policies and the ease of coming to a resolution. I was already a fan of the Froya product and now I appreciate how they operate and care for their customers as well.

Great customer service!
I'm not sure I have an issue with the product, but customer service has been great! They are sending me a new shipment based on my feedback. This will help determine if the issue I had was with the product or not.
