Be warned! You get a different product! One filled with water and synthetic crap while they sell you the opposite. They claim not to use fillers and synthetics but the very first ingredients stated on the box i received are just that! I’ve been trying to get my money back but nobody gets in touch anymore! Definitely not the product the website makes you think you’re buying!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND My experience with Froya Organics has been extremely disappointing. The product I received was not what was advertised, and I felt misled by the whole purchasing process. What is particularly concerning is that a subscription appears to be included with the purchase, but this is not made clear enough when ordering. I did not feel that the subscription terms were transparent. When I tried to contact customer service by email and phone to resolve the issue, I received no response. Being unable to get in touch with the company to sort out a problem is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Froya Organics. Be very careful before ordering, and make sure you check the subscription terms thoroughly to avoid unexpected charges.

Skin feels and looks better Products feel great and easy to use

I have been using Froya products since March 2026.The products are good quality. The reason for writing this review is to commend Jason M in the Customer Service dept.I buy my products vía a subscription to reduce the cost,each time I renew they tell me I'll receive a free gift.I haven't received the gift with my last 2 orders so I decided to complain.Jason discovered the problem was in the warehouse and a stock issue.He assures me I'll receive the gifts, plus some extras in the next week.His Service is the reason for a 5 star review as I haven't seen stunning results with the products so far.

Rea really helped me resolve an issue with my first order of Froya Organics products. After waiting for several weeks for my first order to the US, the delivery person left my package, along with several others, at the Club House at the complex where I live. By the time I got up there, all of the packages had been taken by someone else! Not being sure how to rectify the situation, I notified Rea at Froya Organics Customer Service. She was able to re-order the product, which I received within a week's time. I've been using it for several days now and am really pleased by the improvement that the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm brings to my skin.

Lovely and helpful customer service.

I don’t normally write reviews, actually, but I have really noticed the difference using Froya. I wanted to move away from using Botox, so I started using Froya about three months ago. Initially, I don’t think I was that into it, but I stuck with it and I’m glad I did because it feels like something structurally is changing. I slightly have a theory that the daily massaging has a significant effect - because essentially that’s what you’re doing, because the balms require it. Though the ingredients probably make a big difference too… anyway… I think this stuff is genuinely good. I was slightly disappointed not to receive my third subscription free gift, but I think it was probably my fault for slightly editing the subscription and then starting a second subscription accidentally when I realised I did actually need both balms. Anyway, I recommend it, as I’ve now said about five times! I think my skin feels and looks better 😊

The products smell amazing and are actually helping my skin clear up , less visible lines and a nice glow
