I have seen my skin texture and moisture level improve significantly. My face feels like it is drinking in the contents of all of the formulas. I can’t wait to see how it feels after continued regular use. I have had no break outs or issues using these products even though these have a naturally dense texture. I use as directed and am pleased with the results .

Hi Denyse! So glad to hear your skin texture and moisture have already improved so much, and that dense texture hasn't caused any breakouts for you either, that's great news. Excited for you to see how things keep progressing with continued use! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

One of the products I ordered was damaged. I provided this information to the customer care team and Varinea responded that another product would be sent out the next business day. Great customer service!
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 31, 2026
Hi Russ! Sorry to hear one of your products arrived damaged, but really glad Varinea could get a replacement sent out the very next business day. That's exactly the kind of turnaround we aim for! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I've been using the "Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm" and the "Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm" for about 3 weeks now and I love the feel of these to products. A little goes a long way, and I mean a Little! I was worried that it might be a little too heavy/oily for my skin (I can't use face oils and heavy night creams, they bring me out in spots) but the natural oils and ingredients in both of these products work well with my skin. My skin feels a little greasy at first but it quickly melts in, leaving soft hydrated skin. If you want overnight results these balms are not for you, but I've started to notice a reduction in fine lines and I don't look as tiredas I did, so I'm happy with the progress. I wanted to change my subscription to the "The Complete System for Mature Women’s Skin" (I'm 52) but couldn't figure out how to switch products without cancelling my subscription (and loosing out on a free gift) and setting up a new one. I contacted their Customer support team and received a very helpful and quick response from Anjelika. It was a Saturday afternoon when I sent my email so I wasn't expecting a response until Monday. My response was waiting for me early on the Sunday morning. Very helpful, friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this company and the 2 balms I'm currently using.

Hi there! Thank you for such a detailed review. Three weeks in and already noticing a reduction in fine lines with the Hyper Potent Dark Circles & Bag Eye Balm and the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm is great to hear, especially since you were worried about oils being too heavy on your skin. That melt in moment you described is exactly how these are meant to work. I'll make sure Anjelika sees this too, replying on a Sunday morning to a Saturday email is above and beyond, and I'm glad she made switching your subscription over to the Complete System for Mature Women's Skin easy without losing that free gift. Thank you for recommending us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Martina
When I first ordered it accidentally went through as a subscription. This worried me as I hadn’t tried the product and financially couldn’t commit. Customer service was excellent and refunded my purchase. I re ordered as a one off and absolutely love the product. My skin looks and feels pretty amazing! I am very happy and will be repurchasing! I now also have the day balm and love it.

Hi Martina, sorry that first order accidentally turned into a subscription, totally understand why that worried you before trying it. Really glad our team refunded you right away so you could try it risk free. And now hearing your skin looks and feels amazing, plus you've added the day balm too, that's the best kind of turnaround!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
