I had an issue with the scrub having an allergic reaction to the ingredients and or used it in the wrong way where my skin had a bad reaction. I reached out to the company and they immediately refunded me for the entire system I purchased with no questions asked. I really love the products but the scrub was a bit harsh for my skin. Company has amazing customer service
