I love the product (balms) BUT I was…
I love the product (balms) BUT I was very disappointed and sad when I realised that by buying the product I was « automatically » signing up for a monthly renewal of the product, even though they advise to use as little as possible of the ball, so fur sure it last more than a month… anyway when I realised that the same amount was being taking from my account I contacted straightaway Froya customer service. Luckily they were very helpful and they understood the situation. Since our first call Ana was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for taking my situation seriously and taking care of everything. If it wasn’t for her help I wouldn’t be giving 3 stars. I hope you manage to solve this little detail and I wish you all the success with your products!

I haven’t yet experienced their products, though if they are made with the same integrity as the service I received, I have no doubt they will offer the nourishment and results Froya promises. shipping times are horrendous
shipping times are horrendous, they take days to get your order ready. i make my purchase last 21th of august and still packing. i paid for the 3-5 delivery time frame, and the website says that it'll be delivered the 31 or 1. i'll never buy again

Absolutely love these products my skin…
Absolutely love these products my skin drinks it all in and has a beautiful glow after only a week of constant use. Highly recommend for anyone who is trying to use products that are more natural but still deliver results
