Quick response. Able to fix my issue even though I’m sure it meant an extra work on her part. I love this product and I love the team behind it.

Hi Monica, thank you so much for this!! Our team genuinely cares about getting things right for you, even if it takes a little extra effort behind the scenes, so this really means a lot to hear. So glad you love the product too, we love having customers like you around! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Product itself is doing wonders for my skin…shipping on the other hand took almost 2 weeks long from ordering.
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 26, 2026
Hi Stacy, thank you for this!! So happy to hear the product is working wonders for your skin, that's what matters most to us. I'm sorry the shipping took longer than it should have though, that's not the experience we want for you and we're always working on tightening up our delivery times. Thanks for sticking with us and sharing your honest feedback. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The product I received was damaged from shipping so I emailed Froyo to let them know and they were super responsive and very fast at making the issue right! I said I was going to use the product but they offer to replace the item and processed a new order for me without issue. Excellent service!

Hey Ashley! I'm really sorry the product arrived damaged, that's never what we want to happen. But I'm so glad the team jumped on it right away and got a replacement out to you. We always want to make sure you end up with something you're happy with, no questions asked. Thanks so much for giving us the chance to fix it!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Wow. I inadvertently ordered a subscription instead of one-time purchase of 2 products. Within an hour of reaching out to the customer service email, Ale made a correction and sent me a reply. I also got an immediate email confirmation of the change. I haven’t tried the products yet, but receiving kind, immediate customer service from a live human being bodes well!
Response from Froya OrganicsAug 26, 2026
Hey Joan! Thank you for taking the time to write this. So glad Ale was able to sort out the subscription mix up so quickly for you, that's exactly the kind of fast, human service we want every customer to get. Excited for you to try the products now, I think you're going to be really happy with them! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
