Excellent customer service
Email customer service is outstanding! They were very professional and answered my email quickly. They were trying their very best to help me, even though the problem with my order wasn’t their fault. That shows that they really care and I really appreciate that!

Love the products
Love the products, and when I accumulated too many, they were helpful in cancelling my subscription until I am ready to start up again.

Problem Solved :)
I have been trying to convince myself to buy this skin care routine & I finally did !! I received my order & while turning the box over to get product out, one balm fell to the ground & shattered. I reached out & SUPER quickly they resolved the issue! So far I am LOVING this routine & the way my skin feels! Excited to keep going :)
