Very fast response when I contacted customer service. First I was communicating with Froya's AI support which was also responsive but could not really help. Once I contacted a real person the problem was resolved fast.

First let me say that I LOVE these products & this company, but my skin started having a reaction to one of the ingredients so I had to cancel a subscription order that had already begun to process. Customer service jumped through hoops to get my order cancelled & refunded before it shipped. This kind of service is a rarity in today's world & I am so grateful!!
