I had a great experience with the support team…
I had a great experience with the support team especially JK who helped with my refund as I made a mistake and started to panic I simply emailed support and they were very prompt with everything and my refund is on its way very happy with the support team.

I ordered The Complete System for Mature Women's Skin
I ordered The Complete System for Mature Women's skin for the first time. When I opened my package, one of the containers was broken. I emailed Froya's support team, where I got assistance immediately from an AI chat, where I actually for once had a good experience with AI support. The support chat bot initiated a replacement product within a few minutes and this was a good experience, assuming Froya does indeed replace this item. Thank you! -Darian Harvey

Great customer support
My shipment was lost or not deliverable due to a post code error. I contacted Frøya Organics and their customer service team was very attentive and helpful. Without me asking, they created a new order and sent the products to me asap, to the correct post code! (Just received the package today.) No further questions asked and it all went very smooth. Thank you Varinea for the great customer support!! Great products and also great service!
