Custom fee concerns
I was concerned about custom fees and it was explained that Froya takes care of the fees. I now want to be a subscriber for regular shipments. Thank you!

Quality and customer service
I love the quality of their products and the impact on my skin. I did have an order that seemed to have a bubble during production so the container was not as full as it should’ve been. I contacted customer service and they were understanding, helpful and prompt in their response. Customer service and quality products will keep me coming back as a customer.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 12, 2026
Hey LeeAnne! So sorry about that bubble issue, that definitely shouldn't happen, but I'm really glad the team made it right for you quickly. Hearing that both the product quality and the support experience are what keep you coming back means a lot to us. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix it! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

This product is amazing
This product is amazing! I have rosacea and some hormonal acne. I saw results within a couple days! My skin looks so much better. I also let my 11 year old daughter use it for her acne. She has seen great results as well. She is no longer embarrassed by her skin. You only need to use a little and it absorbs really well. I will continue to use this product!
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 12, 2026
Stephanie, this is incredible to hear!! 🙌 Rosacea and hormonal acne are no joke, so knowing you saw results in just a couple days says a lot. And how sweet that it's helped your daughter feel more confident in her skin too. Thank you so much for sharing this. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
