She made sure that I received my order
She made sure that I received my order. I hadn’t received anything after order confirmation. I didn’t think that it had been shipped. They messaged first saying they were checking on it and then responded soon after with the confirmation of delivery.

high level of customer support and product quality
I had a couple of questions about the subscription and got a very quick response and guidance from J.Mick at Customer Service. I am also very satisfied with their products and will continue use Froya products and service. Can highly recommend!
