Very happy with both the look and feel of my skin after 30 days
I'm enjoying both the products and the emails from Froya. My skin feels nourished and I think it looks better, too. I find I'm happy without other makeup most days. I've got hopes for some deeper wrinkles to loosen and for an age spot to disappear, which haven't happened yet. But for a month in, I'm very happy with both the look and feel of my skin.

Helpful costumer service

Excellent Customer Service
I received my order and it had been damaged and leaking. I emailed my problem with a photo of the damage. Froya Organics replied immediately with a kind note that the product was being replaced. No questions just kindness. Thank you so much!!!

I misunderstood my single order
I misunderstood my single order, as signing up for a subscription. The service department was quick to respond when I asked to cancel. I was relieved to know my payment could be reversed. This keeps me feeling good about reordering with Froya in the future.
