My Frigidaire Gallery Appliances (Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher) were all purchased 2 1/2 years ago. They are VERY poorly made and not meant to last more than a year even for very light use. The dishwasher's top rack never felt sturdy from the beginning and then just after one year started to come off of the tracks when it was full of dishes. Husband tightened the screws for the wheels, but they kept coming loose. We tried to get help from Frigidaire, but they would not even give us the time of day as our appliances were more than a year old. Had a service technician come in and he had never seen any thing like this. The wheels were not installed properly and had bent so there was no repair that could help. We just had to replace our two year old dishwasher. Will NEVER buy Frigidaire again. AND we just had to replace the glass shelf for one of the crisper drawers, because the track for the wheels cracked and broke off. These appliances are not used that heavily as my retired husband and I are the only ones at home.

Purchase a refrigerator less then 30 days ago to find it never worked right after 2 days. Home Depot has refused to take it back as it was over their 48 hour window. Frigidaire has taken nearly a month to repair it and there is still no eta. it continues to run fighting to keep cool and fear the electric bill will be significantly higher.

I wish there was another option 'below 1' on the star rating. We bought 3 Frigidaire Gallery kitchen appliances over 2 years ago and are kicking ourselves for not buying extended warranties, which we have a huge problem with in principle, thinking that companies should actually back their products. First thing to go was the 'black' paint on the white plastic stove top. Who in the right mind thinks that a painted product is going to last around extreme heat. Of course one doesn't know it's painted at purchase time. I've had to touch it up with auto paint on several occasions and have now given up. Looks like crap now. I guess it was too much to ask to be made with black plastic. Second up was the fridge. The wheels on both trays for vegetables/fruit gave out shortly after warranty. All the axles and housing cracked under the normal weight of fruits and vegetables. Again, who designs items that are going to break down and can't possibly hold up under normal everyday use. Perhaps they were meant to contain cotton candy and popcorn. And the unbelievably slow water flow from the water dispenser allows one to watch their own fingernails grow. And last but not least, the microwave. It was the last to give out so I give it credit for that. I'd replaced 2 fuses and when the third blew shortly after installation, had to call a repair specialist. It's going to cost about half of the original purchase price to fix it, and with no guarantee. If you're buying appliances, steer clear of Frigidaire. They look nice, but the quality of design and manufacturing is beyond terrible.

Really ... My ex gave me his tall freezer . Is 16 yrs old . It looks new , the seal is amazing. You seriously can't get back in straight after closing the door . No frost. So easy to organise . Best freezer I've ever seen

Bought a coil top electric stove. It has a sensor button in the center of the coil which does not push down from the weight of my small pots & pans. Instead the pots & pans slide around on the coil burner. The handles on T-Fal and Farberware cookware are heavy and tilts the cookware. The sensor button will not allow cookware to sit flat if it is not depressed by the weight of the cookware. Frigidaire customer service offer to give me a list of cookware to buy that might work better. I should not have to buy all new cookware just to use a stove. I asked for a courtesy adjustment for this inconvenience, Frigidaire refused, they claim there is nothing wrong with the stove. I am told that Govt. mandate requires a sensor button to be on all electric stoves. If it does not work safely with all cookware, Frigidaire should stop making these stoves and certainly point this out to the Government. But until they do, they should compensate the buyer for not being able to use some of their cookware. I am not likely to purchase any more Electrolux family of products with this type of service.

I bought Model FFTR1835VB, top freezer refrigerator and it was delivered 1/14/2021. I did not realize that I would need to spend hours picking little shards of plastic out of the doors ! The plastic covering on the doors to protect the finish is actually glued into the door seams, so after removal of the sheet of plastic you are left with an ugly little fringe of plastic everywhere. No solvent can be used without damaging the finish. Home Depot said you just have to keep working on carefully picking it out. I am 72 now - hope to finish before I die.

Please don't purchase any of Frigidaire appliances. I hate I wasted my money on all their appliances Refrigeration, dishwasher and stove I had to have work done on all of them 2 or 3 times before my warranty ran out.

DO NOT buy a Frigidaire fridge or freezer. They break very quickly and are poorly made. I had 3 Frigidaire appliances break on me. I bought a freezer from Costco and it stopped freezing after only a couple of months. I took it back and got a 2nd one which was a big mistake. This 2nd freezer broke after 6.5 months. Completely thawed out all my food and stopped working. I also have a fridge by Frigidaire that had a door that would not stay shut. It took months of calls between Frigidaire and Costco to finally get them to take that fridge back. What a waste of time.
