Terrible Terrible non-existent CS. Waiting times to an hour. When you do get someone they dont follow through. 3 weeks later and 3 phone calls totalling 2.5 hrs wasted time and they still have not sent or done anything regarding a warranty which is supposedly good for 5 yrs. Unfortunately my $400 dehumidifier that worked for a total of 5 months will be a loss and I WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY> As owner of 55 units they will now loose ALL our business.!

I guess you kinda have to give at least 1 star. I ordered a part and tried calling customer service. Trying get in contact with these people is a nightmare Scenario! They hang up on you so they won't have to give you information....

I bought the stand alone single door Refrigerator and Freezer. 1st it took half a year to receive them. Okay thanks to Covid... that's understandable. But after receiving them,I noticed that the rubber seal around the freezer door is crooked and twisted at the bottom. Hence letting cold air out and not operating at its optimal best. Therefore, I called customer service, they said it's not an issue affecting performance and said that they won't send a technician to replace it. She quickly ended the call and told me to have a good day!!! What kind of service is this? After sales care and service is terrible. Stay away from this brand. Or make good on your after sales service.

Worse product and service. My range stays on when I turn it off. It's two months now, and I could not cook and still not fixed. I will never repurchase the Frigidaire brand!

The warranty isn't cost effective. My ice maker lasted 6 months. I submitted a warranty request and Curtis/Frigidaire told me to return the unit to California. This unit is heavy. The price I have to pay for shipping is about half the price I paid for the unit. This is apparently how they avoid honoring the warranty.

I purchased a refrigerator in May, the door is damaged and I need it replaced. A new door was ordered and I am still waiting for it in September. I have had to call customer service three times. My most recent call was today. I was told that my wait time is ONE HOUR. The other two times I called it was over 30 minutes wait. It makes me think, if so many people are complaining to them, maybe their product isn't worth purchasing.

Worst customer service EVER. Everyone is very polite on the phone however after a year of trying to get my oven repaired, nothing has been accomplished. I was sold a defective product from day one and somehow this became by fault and has cost me days off work for repairs and 10+ hours on hold waiting to speak to an agent. I have been told four times that I would receive a call back from them and have never been called back, I was forwarded to two companies for repairs that they did not even have contracts with, I was sent an incompetent repair man who came five times and accomplished nothing. The most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever heard. I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire appliance.
