so I called there help centre to ask who is available in my area to fix their product. Just before I spend thousands of $$ on their products. Guess what? Their customer service lady does not speak English but is joking about my question. and dropped the line. I called again - maybe it was just odd. Another rep was telling me that I first have to buy their appliances. Was also very rude. So guys, if you receive this type of service PRIOR to buying, can you imagine what type of service you will get when you are on the hook? Seriously??? DONT BUY FRIGIDAIRE - company who can not organize good support should not be trusted.

If I could give zero stars or less, I would. Unfortunately, the Frigidaire appliances came with the condo I bought. As soon as the 1 year warranty ran out, it's like someone flipped a switch and the fridge stopped working like a normal fridge. Countless times, I've come home to find everything in the freezer defrosted and food in the fridge spoiling. I've tried contacting customer service by phone and email but there's been no response. This company should be fined for creating garbage appliances that end up in the landfill after only a year or two. Save yourself a ton of grief and buy another brand!

We bought all of our appliances as a bundle when we moved into our new house. The microwave stopped working about 3 months in and the dishwasher's heat dry setting has never worked and now the dishwasher door will not shut. I would be able to tell you about the customer service call center but I've called 5 times today alone and I've only gotten a few words in before being hung up on.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator From Lowes, it worked for six months. I called Frigidaire and they gave me the name of a appliance repair company that would repair it. It took them several days to come look at the unit, the tech checked it and said that it was the compressor and that they would get a new one. I called the company to see when they would return with the compressor and they told me that they would send someone back with a relay, I told them that their tech said it was the compressor. After two weeks they sent a different tech with a relay, it did not work and he said it was the compressor also. I immediately called Frigidaire and they said they would send a different company, I talked to the tech and he said it was the compressor but they did not have any. This company made an appointment for 11/15/21 on 11/13/21 they canceled the appointment and said they did not have a compressor. I again called Frigidaire and asked to talk to a supervisor she checked and said that they would make another appointment to replace the compressor on 12/13/21. My six month old refrigerator has now not worked for six weeks. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have made four calls to Frigidaire and not one person has cared about this poor performance or the fact that I do not have a refrigerator. I have owned Frigidaire alliances my whole life and I will never have another and I will warn everyone that I can so they do not have this same experience.

Fridge stopped working 5 months after purchase. Technician sent out and he said compressor had gone, needed to replace fridge. They decided to send a second company out. That company decided it was 2 parts that were bad. It took almost another 6 months to repair. Within a month it again was not working. I called the service company who said it needs to be replaced, but call Frigidaire. When I called in, they scheduled a 3rd company, who cancelled the appt 2 weeks later because they were sick. When I called back Frigidaire said it was out of warranty. So they delayed repairs, and then claimed it was out of warranty. They NEVER fixed it. They will not accept it is a Lemon. Do NOT waste your time.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!! Have a professional gas range has not worked from the middle of September! Under service contract I am entitled to a new oven if they can’t get the part. 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and still no part or working oven. Customer Service does nothing. Won’t give you info for Corporate CEO office. Found on Link-In. Neither CEO or his Assistant have responded. Looks like I will have no oven for Thanksgiving ! Terrible people no one cares about their customers.

Worst customer service they make you wait on line for 45 minutes and say you press this number when I press the number it says due to high call volume can't take the call. Never ever buy product from them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought an upright fridge which malfunctioned within 2 months. My retailer told me to deal directly with Frigidaire. Could not get through on the customer service number - message said they weren't taking calls (!!) and to do everything on line. Registered the fridge on line & sent 2 messages a month apart. Nothing. Finally spoke to a customer rep 3 months later who told me the computer system had no records of anything and I was to blame for not mailing in the registration. I could go on, but it's not interesting. Suffice to say the customer rep was more interested in arguing with me than helping, and I'm no closer to having a functioning fridge. One repairman who came out told me 75% of Frigidaire products are failing - I don't know if that's true, but it rings true to me. I'll never buy another Frigidaire product.
