Frigidaire fridge broke down in 2 months.. the motherboard went. Customer service has been awful to deal with - extensive wait times and very dismissive staff. I would choose another company for your appliances.

My Frigidaire stove’s oven door glass scattered into thousand pieces even oven was not in use from couple of months, because I am using air fryer these days. That was sudden like a gun shot or a blast. My two year son just moved from the site 3-4 minutes before the incident, it’s so scary. I could not sleep last night because I was thinking about my son who saved by God just on time.

Purchased a fridge in Dec 2022 that has been freezing food since the start. Been calling customer care - usually hold time is 1 hour only to speak to someone who is at a call centre. Every time I ask to speak to a supervisor, I'm told I'm speaking to the supervisor. What a joke! I was given a number to appliance repair and they've been to my house 3 times and finally said they need to order a part. The part is on back order with no arrival date and Frigidaire is not responding to the appliance company to let them know when to expect a the part. I've had the fridge for 2 months, it continues to freeze food and Frigidaire refuses to do anything about this. They don't care about the issue or their customers. Their appliances are garbage. If you're thinking of buying Frigidaire, do yourself a favour and don't do it. The fridge is garbage and their customer service is just as bad.

I have a stove under warranty. After two weeks I got a persistent error message, that many others get. I called, waited almost an hour, and got a rep whose accent was so strong I had to ask him to speak slowly and clearly, and when I asked again he hung up on me.

Where do I begin!! Purchased a Frigidaire stove in Oct/2022 but it was replaced in December 2022 (after many frustrating phone calls and being on hold 40min.+). With the second stove there was not a mechanical problem with the stove but the back legs were bent which caused the oven drawer not to sit flush! If I had of wanted a product with something wrong with it I would have bought second hand!!!. I wrote a review and Frigidaire CONTACTED ME to see what they could do! A very long story short, they are in the process of sending me yet another stove, WHICH I DON'T WANT! I asked them for a partial refund which I guess they can't do. It is my understanding that the first stove that I had received was to be 'thrown out'. So that is where this second stove would end up! I guess Frigidaire would rather have a very unhappy customer, who will probably not buy Frigidaire again and they are adding some needless 'garbage' to our landfill! Plus, I would think it would be a lot less expensive for them to give me a partial refund than to send me another stove!! Not a happy Camper at all!!!!!

worst appliances. Bought a brand new fridge and it froze everything in the fridge and it's been 1 month and it's still not fixed and they keep trying to repair it and not replace it. Their customer service is horrible and it's very tough to get a hold of anyone. Never again.

Seems Frigidaire is on a real roll here for 1 star reviews. Worst appliance I've ever bought and now, I guess, I'm stuck with it. All of the problems stem from poor design. The oven, a 24 inch ceramic top range, itself is uselessly small. I had a 24 inch in this space before, but I could fit some baking sheets in it. Not with this tiny thing. Nothing fits. It has no back splash so splatter just hits any walls back there. My biggest complaint is how even a little dirt shows up on the stove top and clings to it. Wiping a wet cloth across my old porcelain stove would clean it up, at least the worst of it. Not on this. It just smears it around. Even a slight film on the top shows up from across the room. This is the appliance version of owning a white car. Every spec of dirt can be seen from across the room. Maybe they own shares in the stove top cleaners as I'm going through a lot of it and it's not spray on, wipe off. You have to first scrape any hardened stuff off , then apply special cleaner and scrub with a 3M scrub pad and then wipe and wipe some more and finally polish the haze off with paper towels and I'm having to do that more than once a day. I HATE THIS THING !!

I just had the worst customer service experience with a Warranty claim with a Frigidaire. The rep who's name was Jack (had to be a fake name) would not escalate to his manager, nor provide me an email or phone number for his supervisor. I had to make 4 separate calls to get the warranty claim supported and at the end of this mess, they tried to pass me off to a third party service provider who told me that Fridgair was having issues and they had to charge me for a warranty service call since Frigidair coded the warranty claim with the wrong number. It had to start with a LP (for labor and parts to be covered). The worst part of this experience is that there was no accountability nor any effort to move my call to someone who could help. I own a large number of rental properties and I will never purchase Frigidaire or Electrolux product ever again (and strongly suggest that no one else does either).
