Terrible customer support. Had our Frigidaire refrigerator about 7 months and ice maker quit. I've called 3 times attempting to schedule a service call first 2 calls they said wait time on phone was over an hour. They last time message said they weren't accepting any calls AND you couldn't leave a message. JUST REALLY PATHETIC !

Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and extended warranty. The fridge just stopped working only after three years. They sent technician out to repair and he couldn’t so now I had to wait 7 to 10 business days to hear back from them. And when I did now they wanted me to pay $140 installation fee for replacement . So now I have to wait another 3-5 days to see if they would waive the fee or just cut me a check. So all together it’s been almost 4 weeks without a fridge what good is a warranty for?!!! This company and its service is the worst and will never ever purchase another product from this company again!!

Frigidaire double oven stove that is 7 years old. The glass front on bottom oven door shattered today. Can't find a replacement part. So we ended up buying a new stove. Pretty bad when the manufacturer won't make any parts available. Never buying Frigidaire again!! Don't buy a stove with all glass front on door.

After waiting several hours, being hung up on several times we finally spoke to a person who was utterly useless. They always make it seem like they care, but they don't. I believe their phone system is set up automatically to hang up so we would become fed up and not try again.

They are now making their refrigerators with the entire middle of the bottom of the fridge entirely OPEN. Meaning any creature that wants can simply crawl into the underside of your fridge and start gnawing away on the wires. At first I thought that them replacing the cardboard backing with metal was an attempt to stop animals from getting inside and damaging the wires until I realized that they now have the entire middle part of the bottom completely open so now I'm thinking they did it to look like they are making the fridges stronger but they are actually making them weaker by leaving a literal back door open for anything to crawl inside. I don't understand why they would do that??? It's almost like they did it on purpose so that your fridge breaks sooner and you have to buy a new one faster. Smart thinking Frigidaire, I just won't EVER be buying one of yours again. Greedy jerks.

bought new frigidaire stove almost a year ago and it was delivered with a drawer that did not close properly. I has taken almost a year now of calls, hours on hold before getting a human then hours after you get a human, tons of e-mails and even 3 Frigidaire technicians trying to fix the drawer to no avail. Now they refuse to take it back and deliver a new one. Never buy a Frigidaire product again.

Customer service is almost nonexistent. I had to wait on hold for hours over several different phone calls. Then when I finally talked to a person they where rude and extremely unhelpful. My 3 month old stove part wasn’t covered under warranty. If I ever buy again, it won’t be Frigidaire.

2 days trying to find out the delivery status of my order. Tried the online method, the "chat" auto system works to a point, but when no one answers after 2 tries of waiting over 30 minutes you finally realize on one is going to answer. There refigerator model GRSS2652AF0 is trash. The icemaker always makes a big block of ice cubes and will cause a poorly designed appliance to sound like a growling bear or a k-4 class of students playing with blocks, either way you don't get ice. You big a big ice boulder. Tired of baby sitting this ice boulder maker, too. Buy something else.
