We bought a $900 stand up Frigidaire Freezer from Home Depot 1.5 years ago. Its been in our basement, working just fine. One day, temp rose to about 36 degrees, and wouldn't get colder. We called a local repair man, who replaced a panel (commonly known probably with model - so, there is known issue with this to begin with), charged us $300 and said it was fixed. It was not fixed. Repairman returned only to find out there is an internal crack in the system, that can not be repaired. Called Frigidaire, and since its out of warranty (by 6 months), and it was purchased at home depot (3rd party), they can not do anything. So we spent $1200 on a freezer for 18 months. Crappy customer service, crappy equipment and I won't be purchasing any more Frigidaire appliances.

Their customer service process is maddening. It it's like some kind of dystopian nightmare. I have spent 10+ hours calling texting and working with their local repair providers whose opinions they don't honor. I had a three month old oven die and have spent another two months trying to get them to repair it or send me a new one it is completely insane. Their staff are completely unempowered to do anything other than move a cog one step forward. There is zero problem solving and they're there simply to make the client wait longer. They apologize prolifically while they do it while they do it.

We bought the entire professional line package for our kitchen remodel late 2022 (range/dishwasher/refrigerator/microwave-hood) and had them installed late December. We’ve been please with all the appliances EXCEPT the range (PCFG3078AF) which has NOT worked since it was installed. When it was plugged in, it immediately threw a F90 code, locked up the oven door and nothing we tried fixed the issue. We called our dealer to have a repair person come out and fix this and the first date to get someone out was March but they needed a part to fix the unit which apparently Frigidaire didnt send or have. So as we headed into April and still no stove, we decided to call Frigidaire directly to discuss this issue. After some back/forth, Frigidaire/Electrolux decided to actually replace the entire range and not even try to fix it. So we are feeling pretty good about this that maybe we’ll finally get a functioning range to cook with. But then we get a call from our dealer telling us Frigidaire contacted them to bring out the new one to replace the one we have, however Frigidaire is not paying for delivery or installation….So guess who is on the hook for that, again??!?!?! I already paid to have a brand new professional Frigidaire range installed that was apparently defective from the factory, and now Frigidaire wants me to pay AGAIN to have the replacement range delivered and installed? What kind of customer service or warranty is that? I am really disappointed in Frigidaire right now. If you are looking at Frigidaire just a warning that getting them to stand behind their products (even brand new ones) could be tough…..

Only giving one star as wouldn’t allow no stars. After wring last review got a message from Frigidaire about our freezer and a number to call as they would love to help. Same old number that I’ve call ten times to get same run around. Again…. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE ANYTHING. TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Amending my review from 2 weeks ago. Dishwasher broke again. Same problem! Fixed again by the nice repairman hence, 2 stars. If it breaks again, I will update with 1 star. Ps. The reason I had the same repair guy is because he left me his phone number and I didn’t have to deal with the main office or it would already been 1 star. For those wondering what the issue is, it’s the tactile switch which is part of the main led screen and nothing will work if this button doesn’t.

Bought a Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator (Model #FGHB2868TF7) less than a year ago. Multiple places inside and out are cracking. Getting ahold of anyone, much less a real person, is an ABSOLUTE EPIC OF A NIGHTMARE! On hold for over an hour EVERY TIME only to get hung up on... then you get to call back and start all over again! BEYOND INFURIATING! The male I, "spoke" with (always a severe language barrier) could not figure out what parts were cracked. (I'm sure he still doesn't know!) I could not have explained it any other way than the first 10 ideas I came up with, including reference points, colors, functions, locations, emailed pics with arrows, etc.! He could NOT figure out what I was talking about. One piece is literally just the top of the freezer door... there is only ONE and it's all one piece! A week later we received a crisper drawer for the fridge compartment and a small white rail to hold one side of it. Like, just how??? The other white transition strip inside the fridge never came. I've called 5 times now (actually on hold again now... over an hour but who's counting?!) We received the front of the freezer door last week but still no sign of the replacement interior strip. Two months I've tried to resolve this! I'd literally rather have to deal with the BMV at this point!!! LITERALLY THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I called customer service about the water dispenser leak of my brand new Frigidaire refrigerator professional. I waited 20 minutes only to be hung up on. I tried calling again and same thing. They seem to pick up the phone and hang up immediately. Bad service. I would not recommend buying their appliances.

I made the mistake of buying a Frigidaire Microwave. I spent several hours on hold being hung up on several times over the course of multiple days. Finally after a week and a half I was able to speak with a person. That person was supposed to send me an email for next steps to get a refund for my 3 month old microwave that quit working. I was told it could take up to two weeks to send me that email. After two weeks I had not received the email and called again. Fortunately I was not hung up on and only had to spend 1 hour on hold. I was then told that the prior person 'forgot' to send the email. I forced the customer service person to wait on the phone with me until the email that he sent arrived. It is good that I did because the initial email that was supposedly sent did not arrive after 10 minutes so another was sent that only took seconds to arrive. Once I had the email I was informed that I would only be refunded the original purchase price for my faulty microwave, I would not be reimbursed for tax and it was my responsibility to pay to dispose of the microwave. Under no circumstances will I voluntarily have anything to do with this company again.
