I purchased a Frigidaire stove, dishwasher, and Microwave. I have only had it for 3 years and every time you open the door of the microwave the breaker pops. I fixed it but that only lasted a month. I then burnt one of the micro switches in the door so I had to buy a new one, which I ordered from Frigidaire, which was $45.00. It fixed that microwave for a week then started popping the breaker again. When I called Frigidaire about the problem again they said that they had not heard of the problem, (yet there are a lot of bad reviews about this problem). They do not stand behind their product. I will never buy another Frigidaire product. They should force you to buy an extended warranty.

DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY AIR CONDITIONERS. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Frigidaire in general. This is a horrible company with products that do not work out of the box. I currently have two identical air conditioners in my possession that were both received broken. The first was purchased with an extended warranty and was received with a broken touch control panel and the second is an obviously refurbished unit sent as a replacement for the first unit and this unit does not even turn on. Frigidaire is now denying me a refund or an additional replacement saying that the second broken unit is out of warranty because I was traveling and unable to install the replacement unit for one month after receiving it. I am now stuck with two units that do not work to dispose of myself and find myself having to purchase a third unit from a more reputable brand. 0 Stars from me. Buyer beware!

I wish I could give 0 stars. It will take at least 6 weeks and 3 cancelled appointments before I can get someone to come out to look at my refrigerator that is under warranty and not keeping temp. 6 weeks is assuming that they do not cancel again on the day of the appointment. It has been a nightmare trying to feed a family of 5 and send kids to school with lunch when the refrigerator is reaching 45 degrees every single day.

I purchased a Frigidaire 2 months ago warranty full and effect been calling customer service for a month now 1st time they told me they need the receipt of purchase a serial number pic and sign a replacement form and in 5 business days they will send me a new air condioner well good luck with that evrytime I call cause 31 business days past already they keep telling me I have to send the documents I sent 5 times and the customer service are not even in America and they barely speak English the last customer service I spoke to had a Dog in her office Barkyn and I told her I can't hear you and she asked me should I kill the dog so he can shut up asking me what I wanted to do this is unacceptable from frigidaire to have un professional personal working for them I haved always purchased frigidaire my last air conditioner I will never do they could go bankrupt be careful where you invest your money not worth the headache.

Do not buy this refrigerator. Bought 5 new appliances off of them for a new home, refrigerator instantly started sweating into a pool of water on the floor, called the service tech out to fix it in the first week we had it, he deemed it “unfixable”. We have now been without a fridge for one month, and frigedaire still has not made it right. The service guy has been out 5xs, because they have required a second and third opinion. The opinion has not changed, amd we still do not have a refrigerator. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. They are the WORST in the Customer Service industry. Stay away from this brand, buyer beware!

Frigidaire sells crap that has parts most likely made overseas, by incompetent workers that could not write a coherent sentence, and Frigidaire hides behind the cyber walls of the internet, too afraid and cowardly to confront real issues, like keeping the people happy that buy their products -- which by the way, suck. Frigidaire has conveniently avoided my comment about the issues that I've had with 2 different products of theirs. Real nice. Seems turning a profit has blinded them. I have no more faith in Frigidaire.

Never purchase a Frigidaire freezer. I purchased a 20 cubic ft for our garage. Eight months later it stop working. By the time we saw it, it wasn't operating we had water and ice cream running out of the bottom of the freezer. The temperature was at 70 degrees inside the freezer. WE LOST $400 TO $500 OF PRODUCT. We call customer service in the Philippines! A technician came out 3 days later and replaced a faulty evaporator fan motor. (Technician did a awesome job). My concern is trying to find where I can get reimbursed for product loss. Frigidaire as a FREEZER WARRANTY (USA ONLY) pdf. It has food loss in it. Every time I call someone at Frigidaire I never get a live person, I get transferred to the Philippines, what a joke, all they say is food loss is not covered. I even talk to Home Depot, they could not help me. To make matters worst today, I received an e-mail from Frigidaire for a 5 year warranty that includes food loss. .

8/2/23 A approved Tech came out to service DW & ordered parts. 8/17/23 new tech out to install parts. Wired DW to disposal breaker so no disposal, breakers keep tripping, he also damaged my DW. Tech was suppose to come out 8/21/23 never showed up. Called Frigidaire to resolve, hung up on me twice, 3rd time on hold forever. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again.
