We purchased the stainless steel package of appliances, paying a hefty amount, when we bought our new home! The cooktop model FGER305TPFA, was so poor designed that the plastic clips holding the control panel BROKE, allowing the panel to drop out of sight! We glued it back into place but the fix only lasted a few months. It dropped out if sight again!!! But it isn’t just the cooktop. The refrigerator didn’t last but a couple of months!!!! The microwave failed. The dishwasher failed!!!!! I wouldn’t give a Frigidaire appliance to my worst enemy!!!!! I detest tge product and git good reasons!!!! The package we got had to have been REJECTS off the assembly line and Frigidaire sold them anyway. So much for an ethical company!!! I hope they go out of business. Buyer beware!!!! Their appliances are cheaply and incompetently designed and made!!!!!

Bought new fridge at Lowe's and it was installed yesterday. Model FRSS26L3AF9. Its been running for more than 12 hours now, with occasional "click" sound as though the thermostat was trying to switch off motor, but it keeps running. I registered purchase online and called their service number, but I have to wait and call back tomorrow (Monday) for their hours-of-operation. Meanwhile its costing me electricity and wearing out my brand new fridge-motor. This experience indicates extremely poor quality control and cheap plastic parts used to maximize profit margin at expense of product quality and customer experience. BRAND NEW AND BROKEN. Do not buy Frigidaire.

I bought their portable AC in may 2023, which had a 1 year warranty, and when I pulled it out in may 2024 it doesn’t work. They claimed I didn’t call within the 1 year term and refused to send a technician. Don’t waste your money.

We purchased a professional level gas stove in February of this year. Within a month of it being installed it acted up giving me a f16 error, circuit board or sensor unplug an see it it stops, we did this. randomly it will do this as well as oven temp is not correct. My 1st call to frigidaire was met with a very unhelpfull agent and I ended that call. Next call same deal things like your serial number isnt correct, the day you purchased isnt correct this went on for about 20 minutes with the agent repeatedly telling me she was trying to help me. Get a email from the service company Elite agent. They again want proof of purchase, so I sent them a copy of my home depot receipt. They didnt like the quality of the photos. I am not at all pleased with service so far.

**Note: I will update this review if Frigidaire replaces the second defective a/c unit and reimburses me for my significant out of pocket costs incurred because of their defective products. My first a/c unit failed last month within the warranty period. Frigidaire replaced it, shipping me a new one. I had to pay a licensed handyman to install the new unit, plus pay a fee to dispose of the failed unit. When the warranty replacement unit was installed, it too failed. This time within 10 minutes after installation, making a loud hissing sound and then blowing hot air. I have submitted another warranty claim to Frigidaire. If they even approve a second replacement, I will be out yet another couple hundred bucks for installation and disposal of another defective a/c. Over the past 3 weeks have spent more than 7 hours either on hold with the Frigidaire so-called customer service phone number or on live chat with poorly trained employees who are clearly copying and pasting random responses from a script that have nothing to do with my issue. The customer service folks have very limited access to information and zero power to resolve anything. When Frigidaire sends me emails, they come from a no-reply mailbox, so there's no way to contact them via email.

I purchased a Frigidaire fridge from Courts. At the point of purchase I paid J$101,228.85. The gaskets surrounding the upper freezer and lower refrigerator doors do not form perfect seals. Resulting in a loss of refrigerated air from both doors, which presents as mould on the freezer gasket. And a pool of water (condensation) on the floor, in front of the fridge. Frigidaire claim that their refridgerators have a life expectancy of 13 years. I have owned my Frigidsire for a year and a half. I have contacted Frigidaire and I am still awaiting a response.

Bad support and ethics, known issue with the FFFH20F3VW0 Freezer randomly shutting down. But they deny it's an issue even though the many customers complained about this. They have now discontinued the freezer but done nothing for consumers that bought this lemon

Bought an air filter, water filter on their site 3 weeks ago and they haven't fulfilled the order yet. Never again.
