Ordered glass letters with flowers. Had to chase my order again and again. When they finally arrived the glass was chipped all over and looked like it was cut with a chain saw. Dont start me on the flowers...... more like weeds !! DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING ROBBING COMPANY !!

This is a scam, so please be careful. Order arrived from America in 6 weeks. It was complete rubbish. One night light didn't light up. Quality was appalling, rough, sharp edges, hardly any flowers, same colours in both, didn't stand straight. Nothing like the advertised product and took more from credit card than on the invoice . Don't waste your money.

I waited nearly 2 months for my order, when it arrived today, the items were very badly made, rough edges, enough to cut your finger on, the battery pack only had two screws on them , not the four that should be in. I would advise anyone NOT to buy from this company, I am still waiting for a reply about a refund, I'm not holding my breath.

Wish I read these reports first. Same as 2 others reviewers- ordered a light which was coming from America said arrived in uk but not delivered. Now given a new tracking number from China. Will be surprised if I ever see it or my money.

Please do not buy anything from these scammers. Ordered a glass night light which arrived with several flaws including shards of glass sticking out at the edges. Totally unusable as so dangerous. Was refused a refund despite the fact that they supplied a faulty and dangerous item that was not as described. Customer service non-existent.

I ordered 2 letters from this company and kept asking when my ordered was going to be delivered. Arrived a few days ago and late for the grandkids birthdays. So disappointed at the poor quality and dangerous that the edges are so sharp and rough. The flowers have already turned brown. The size is also so small im sure it had a bigger letter on its website. The batteries are exposed that a child could easily get hold off. Please don't use this company at all costs avoid :(
