Avoid at all costs!! Ordered a initialled nightlight as a birthday gift one month in advance......turned up six weeks too late looking like something from the bargain shop, looked nothing like the one in the photo, 4 cheap and nasty flowers in total, was a complete joke, so bad that we had to have a good laugh over it...pathetic, please don't waste your money

I am unable to give a 0 score Stay away from this site I ordered 2 items over 2 months ago I checked the tracking number and it stated its in a sorting site in Birmingham since 16th October 2024 I wrote and complained about the delay they sent me a new tracking number which shows it in China on 29th October STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE I've asked for my money back but no joy Don't get caught out they are not trustworthy

I bought the letter with flowers in resin, what a load of rubbish. It's 1/3 of the size shown in the picture. Took over 6 weeks to arrive. Lesson learnt, don't trust these reviews as they are not real, they all sound the same. Cheap Chinese crap is all I can say about my item.

Initial Lights x 4 My son who may I add is autistic, wanted these for his family members as a present. Ordered beginning of September and arrived today 30th October. On opening the package, one out of the four is perfect, the rest of them are badly made, rough around the edges and don’t work. It’s bad enough as adults when things aren’t right but this is a disgrace.

After 16 weeks of waiting it finally arrived this morning...won't stand up on its own...badly made hardly any flowers in, in fact 3, 2 of these are crushed.. what a waste of time and money...if I could give no stars I would...BUYER BEWARE...You will not be refunded...I have given up

Letter A Lamp arrived after 5 weeks from USA. It had 3 tatty flowers in a see through resin with rough sharp shoddy edging. No glittery bits no white resin and the wire at bottom stops it from standing up. TOTAL RUBBISH

Ordered a beautiful Letter E for my daughters birthday. Stated on the website there was plenty made and delivery would be fast. Placed my order then realised it comes from America which was not stated anywhere on the website. Waited a whole 5 weeks for delivery only to recieve the item not working. Very very disappointed

So very disappointed in this product. It has taken such along time to arrive and it is on 4.5 inches long! That certainly isn't the impression tbe advert gives. I will never use this company again. Very dissatisfied, most definitely not worth the money.
