Packaging
You could improve packaging by inserting something inside to prevent package being bent. My cards are bent perhaps labelling “ DO NOT BEND “ may help.

Pricing
Great idea but the price definitely needs to be clearer showing 8.99 for the item then 2.99 for delivery. I accept that thats standard .But then another 3.oo and another 0.18 added pushing it up to £15 thats excessive if VAT at 3.00 should be showing in the price

I like the product but it is just in…
I like the product but it is just in plain cellophane an no instructions. I wanted the three I bought for presents. Does not look suitably packed. No colour or anything.

I didn't realise it would take so long…
I didn't realise it would take so long to come and that it didn't include a pit for the plants. Not packaged how I expected at all. Disappointing.

Happy with the product but disappointed…
Happy with the product but disappointed it was packed with no instructions, in a plastic wrapper. This is a gift so thought it would be presented in a box at the very least.

I love the idea, but ...
I love the idea as I like growing plants but its not something you could give as a present. It's just wrapped in 'clingfilm' no box or instructions were included. Apart from that im looking forward to using it.

No illustration or instructions.
My order arrived quite quickly and appears to be as advertised. However, there is no box or sleeve to encompass the calendar cards and no instructions or illustration. It doesn't look inviting enough to give as a gift which is very disappointing.
