Absolute shambolic product ashamed to give it to my granddaughter. Requested refund but they won't give stay away from this website on facebook

Ordered a resin flower light in letter P. After a number of weeks it arrived today. By the way, it is very unclear that this item ships from the USA when you order. It is really small. The picture seemed to show a larger item and said it was a bedside lamp. It doesnt stand upright. The flowers are tatty and squashed. The light doesn't work. The edges are very rough and have small chunks missing. Total waste of money. Have asked for refund but not holding my breath.

If I could give a zero i would have. Waited 6 weeks for delivery of an item that probably cost 10p to make in their little Chinese factory. Item isn't fit for purpose. What do they offer me? A £1 refund. Told them what they can do with that £1. Please avoid this company.

Not impressed I ordered item September 19th it is now coming to end of October and still waiting. They keep telling me it's the logistic got it should be soon past 3 weeks, I've looked into small claims court and told them if not heard end of week I will pursue it.

Ordered 2 letters filled with flowers which light up. To say am disappointed 😞 is way up there. The letters don't even stand up hardly see the lights. Wouldn't have paid what I paid. Wish I could upload a photo !!

Rubbish company AVOID I ordered 2 of the letters. 1 was OK the other the lights were faulty. They only offered £7 max refund,how can this be allowed? Shocking customer service. I will never buy from again

Item arrived 6 weeks after it was ordered. Does not look anything like what it should do. Customer service offered a £2, then £4 £7 credit. Declined all, as just wanted a refund and I would return item. They won't do that. They deleted my review immediately. Don't use.

Having placed two separate orders, after more than a month’s wait I finally received a delivery. Two ‘A’ Letter lights arrived, however I ordered two Letter ‘D’ lights. I shudder to think what is going to arrive for the single order of a letter ‘L’ The items are smaller than I was expecting, they seem ok but I have no use for letter A’s. I will try to contact them for an exchange but my gut feeling is that I’l be asked to return them and pay for the return…….hmm not prepared to risk that working. With hindsight I shouldn’t have gone near this site and never will again.
